What should I do if I run out of attempts for an Assessment?

If you have used up all your Assessment attempts, please contact our Helpdesk, who will be able to help you with resetting your attempts.

Just send your request to helpdesk@rcpi.ie, or call the Helpdesk on 01-8639721, Mon to Fri, 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm.

Please tell us your name, RCPI ID number, and the exact name of the Course and the Assessment you need reset.
