What is an Annual Statement?

Modified on Fri, 8 Jul, 2022 at 10:26 AM

Your Annual Statement of Participation is the document approved by the Medical Council to demonstrate that you have maintained a formal record of your engagement in Professional Competence as required by the Medical Practitioner's Act.

Statements are based on the information you have entered in your ePortfolio for Professional Competence about your ongoing CPD and Audit / Quality Improvement activities during the year.

The statement will show summarised information which will demonstrate whether you have recorded sufficient activities to meet the Medical Council requirements for the current statement year.

It will also show summarised information for up to four previous years.
