Once a course has been completed and feedback provided your certificate will automatically generate and be available on Brightspace under the awards option.
Please note that completion of the course includes the online content and if required attendance at online event and obtaining the required marks for any assessments.
If the certificate is for a live event it is a requirement to complete the feedback before your certificate will generate.
